These are 3-D cut-outs. The idea is to use a print out or photograph and cut it apart and shape the flat surfaces so that they have form......3-D! The parts are reassembled on a copy of the original picture and you have a 3-D cut-out. I know, clear as mud! If you look closely at the pictures you will see how the process is done. Perhaps, if there is any interest, I will do a step by step on a simple picture to show the basic procedure. The application on complicated art work is just more time consuming.
